John's Xpress Lube is a very family friendly run business. They are very honest and upfront on what you need to do to maintain your car.

Yes, this is a family owned business. My husband and I have brought our cars to John at John's Xpress Lube for repair with satisfaction in the past. However, as the business was being turned over to John's sons, I believe that the honesty and quality has gone downhill.
My 2004 Honda Accord engine lights lit up and I took it to Xpress Lube.
I was told that the throttle body had failed and needed to be replaced and I authorized repairs. After getting the car back, the engine lights still lit up. Peter did not seem to want to take time to trouble shoot this issue. So I took my Honda to another shop: this shop did extensive diagnostics and this shop told me that the only thing that they could think of that would cause the lights to remain on was that I had a defective throttle body which seemed unlikely since I had just gotten that part replaced. Not quite a year later, I started seeing the same symptoms that preceded the diagnosis of throttle body problems. I took my Honda back to Xpress Lube and was told that the throttle body body was defective and needed to be replaced. Xpress Lube replaced the throttle body for free since it was still under their repair warranty. However, at the same time, Xpress Lube tried to sell me a radiator repair job which I declined since I had no reason to believe that my Honda was having temperature regulation problems.
Don't even ask me about the transmission dilemma that just happened last week....

They are very friendly and really treat you well. They go out of their way to help you and get you the best service possible. The oil changes are quick and you don't have to wait for more than ten minutes.

They treated me very well, always very friendly and call me by name. If there is ever any problem I can just take the vehicle back and they will address the issue right away.

It went well. We had taken the car in for an inspection, and the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. We got a quote from the dealer and the Express Lube. The quote from the service station came in at a much lower price, and was able to get us in straightaway. The service was done quickly, and we haven't had any issues with it.
