First I would like to explain that we have a coupon in our site for 40% off for duct cleaning service. For our Angie's list customer we sometimes have better deals. The deal you claimed was $149 for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Our mistake was that the office didn't add on the job notes that deal, so the tech was proceeding with the service as it was the 40% off deal. When he call the office to verify then we noticed our mistake and he gave you the price for the deal you claimed. About any contamination the tech said you had, it can be proven that the photo that was taken from your system was from your house. today's phones indicate the location and date of the photos been taken. I, the owner of the company, asking you to give me the chance to correct the impression by personally come to your house to inspect my technician's work and to fix any wrong doing, if any. "Dear Customer, A correction: The service you have requested was Dryer vent cleaning and not Air duct cleaning. For the dryer vent cleaning we quoted you over the phone $119, Our coupon price. The reason we wanted to charge additional $130 was because you had a booster fan that need to be disassemble and clean to unclogged the duct for best results. If you where telling us over the phone that you have a booster fan we would have told you that there is additional charge of $100-$150. Majority of homes don’t have a booster fan installed. We are sorry about any inconvenience and we will do our best to improve our customer service."
