Jackie Zehl and Teresa Lewis have been my buyer agent for 2 of my houses over the past 10 years.  They are a terrific duo.  They really try to understand what you are looking for and bring up other considerations that they think could be relevant.  They have decades of experience which helped us negotiate pricing and what was important to evaluate.  The 2 houses I bought with them were located in Meyerland and in Rice Military (near Memorial Park).  I am currently working with them to purchase a 3rd house.

Excellent service. Found a nice home in a difficult market. Advised me in home price negotiations - I had to bid above asking price to beat out another buyer. Most helpful after bid accepted but before closing to work out details. I will use this agent again when I am ready to sell. Agent was Kim Thompson.

He's a good realtor. He worked with us on what we wanted. He had a calm demeanor and he understands building. He is sort of a hobbyist craftsman so he does a decent job of recognizing quality in homes. He is like a Texas gentleman. He is really respectful of people and others so we felt like he was someone we wanted negotiating on our behalf. We felt like he was fair. He was very, very professional. Even a year after we bought the house, he still checks in with us. We would absolutely use him again.

Our relocation co. contracts with Coldwell Banker so we did not have a choice of realtors. The two partners of this particular Coldwell Banker usually sell in the Meyerland area. Our home was located in West University. The partners did a beautiful job creating lovely glossy brochures of our home. We promptly and dutifully completed all recommendations for the showing of the home including a professional cleaning service which the two recommended highly. The cleaning service put us back $700 and was awful. It was our fault for paying the service before investigating the completed job. We expected the realtors to both pay and send someone else out to re-do the cleaning since they asked us to use this particular cleaning service. Not wanting to shell out any more money, we spent the next 2 days re-cleaning the house. Neither one of the realtors showed up for both the first realtor showing and the first public open house. They sent one of the junior agents. Our house sold itself in 3 days. We felt that we worked much harder than the pair of agents who did not earn the 3% commission on a high dollar home in a high dollar neighborhood. Except for the beautiful brochure and paying to have the realtor open house catered these women did not do much. We were diligent homeowners who sold the home ourselves with our hard work. We felt that reasonable realtors would have dipped into their commission to right the cleaning service wrong. Easy sell – selfish service.
