 + -1 moreTHE SERVICE MAN WAS ON TIME. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS. HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE WORK HE DID. HE WAS HELPFUL.
Description of Work: ADDED FREON TO AIR CONDITIONING UNIT AND DID SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE ($30). SUGGESTED INEXPENSIVE ALTERNATIVES TO REPLACING AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ENTIRELY. ON ANOTHER OCCASION THEY REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ATTIC FAN, AND CHECKED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS WORKING AFTER INSTALLATION ($160).
