They were very flexible and worked with my schedule. They were on time and completed the job when they said they would. Very knowledgeable about lawn care and management as well.

I called to schedule to have a sprinkler repaired in my front yard. The initial contact with the company was great. I was able to talk with someone immediately. The repair was scheduled to occur within 5 days of my initial call. However, on the day of service I did not get a confirmation call so I called to make sure I was still on the scheduled. I was told that I was still scheduled for service.I arranged to leave work early to meet the repair person. However, the repair guy was stuck at another job and was not able to contact me until about 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time which was after 6:30 PM. Unfortunately, I had to be placed on the schedule for the next day. I will say that the following day the repair person did arrive early. The repair was completed within 15 to 20 minutes. I paid $125 for the service. I am not sure if this was a fair price but it seemed to be a little much for such a quick repair. The owner did reach out to me to apologize for any inconvenience.

Ernesto's team arrived on time fixed the broken pipe. Tested the system and had two other issues. One was a simple fix the other there had to be major digging while raining to get to the problem. Found and fixed the cracked pvc pipe. They were in and out within 1 1/2 hours.

The projects always run smooth, and if there is ever a call back issue it is always rectified in a timely manner.

The work was completed and exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding and will continue to call Ernest with Ace Scapes for all of my landscaping/irrigation/lighting needs. There has been no task that they have not been able to complete for us. We are eternally grateful!

My parents' sprinkler system is 25 years old and was in such a bad shape that I thought for sure the only thing to do would be to put in a new system which would have cost at least a couple of thousand dollars. However when I described the problems to Ernesto over the phone, Ernesto sounded confident that he would be able to fix it as he said he had been doing this for twenty years. Ernesto and his crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and within the first hour they were able to identify everything that was wrong. He explained what the problems were and what he planned to do and quoted me a very reasonable price. They repaired the pipes where there was no water coming out of, relocated several heads to provide better coverage to the lawn, replaced a lot of parts that were old and did not work well, replaced some wiring, and did many other repairs. All in all they spent over 4 hours on it. As a result the system is now working GREAT! I am very happy and impressed with Ernesto's expertise. Not only is he good at what he does, he was also a pleasure to work with. Ernesto is very professional, courteous, cheerful and accommodating to my many questions and requests. Same with his crew; they were all very hard working and polite. Ernesto also returned my calls and texts promptly. I had used various companies to work on my own sprinkler system in the past and was not particularly impressed with any of them, but I had such a good experience with Ernesto that I know he will be my go-to guy from now on. Ernesto was referred to me by another landscape company. He came out, bid the job, and 24hrs later, Ernesto and his crew had completed the job including sod placement. They work quickly and they take great care of your yard. He takes the time to explain what he and his crew are doing, to include how to program each zone and timer settings. He followed up with a phone call and a visit to make sure the system was working correctly. I would highly recommend.

I was trying to finalize details on some remodeling I am doing outside prior to the Thanksgiving holiday and unfourtanetly the company that I hired to do it accedently damaged my sprinkler system in the process. One of the pipes was busted and the water had to be turned off at the main connection. I called Ernesto and he worked me in at such a short notice. (He had originally installed the system 3 years ago). As always with a smile on his face he and his crew came in and did the repairs necessary to correct the problem.
