Rice Plumbing

Rice Plumbing has got to be said as the number 1 plumbing service here at Beeville, Texas.

When I initially contacted Rice Plumbing for a leaking pipe under the house, I was specifically given a date and time for their arrival. They kept their promise to a tee. They arrived at the exact time that they promised.

They were very professional in their work. During the course of replacing the leaking pipe, the provider brought to me the leaking pipe after he had replaced the same and showed me what problems, (clogged up pipe lines), and in addition brought it to my attention, that the remaining pipes under the house are too, very old, and are alloy type pipes, which any time would give.

I then requested that I have an estimate done on replacing the whole section of pipes. And the provider said that he would have someone come and give me an estimate.

The original service call was completed in about an hour, that was very good. Goes to show what the slogan on the side of their truck say's, quote and quot;Service In Hours -- Not Days end quoteand gt;

A few days later and I had the supervisor of Rice Plumbing come to my residence and very professionally gave me the estimate that the major work would be. In addition had explained the new type pipe, plastic type that was now being used that would last a life time.

The following Monday, as scheduled again the provider arrived at the exact time and began the major work, at approximately 8Am, and at approximately 3pm, the work was completed.

I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber here in Beeville.

That goes to show you, that my previous experiences with other plumbers in the past are just that and quot;In The Pastand quot;

They are totally awesome. I thought it would be a major job and it ended up being a minimal expense.

I had purchased an older home that was surrounded by lots of huge trees, but the downside of that showed up very soon afterwards. Whenever anyone bathed or showered, the utility room drain would back up, flooding that room and the guest room next to it. The guys from Rice, who had done plenty of fine work for me before, came right on out. Of course, it was tree roots to blame. Being an older home, their access to the sewer pipes wasn't as easy as usual, but they got the job done and everything flows perfectly now. They even cleaned up the mess made by the overflowing drain.

They were able to fixed the leak the same day they went to our house. They are very professional. They cleaned up their mess. Their price is moderate compared to other companies in town. Their staff were very friendly. They evaluated the leak first to make sure that they could the job. I am happy they did a good job.
