I was given two prices for the tile. I had tile but he said I needed more than I actually had. He gave me two choices of tile and did not tell me that one of the choices was unavailable until the day he laid the tile. They didn't clean up and they left a mess after they left. They didn't make sure that we were satisfied with the end product.

Needed to match an existing silestone countertop for color that was three years old. Accurately measured and installed on time. Firm preformed excellent work at very competitive price. Countertop was thicker and better finished than the product offered by Home Depot. Price was equal to or less that Home Depot, too. Job was completed on time. Tam appeared on schedule and provided good status of the work in progress.

The job went very well. This is the second time I have used this company. The bid was $1500 less than another company, and the work was scheduled and completed quickly. They carpeted the living room, a long hallway, three bedrooms and two small closets (plus closets in the bedrooms). They asked us to move all small breakable items from the rooms we wanted carpeted, but they moved all the large items - which meant dis-assembly and re-assembly of beds. Great job!

Tom is a good business man. He called often to discuss the tile pattern, bidding, ordering and installation processes. He knows it's important to take care of the customer. Once the installation was underway, things went very well. I accidentally stepped on a couple of fresh tiles in my kitchen one evening and Francisco (the artist) repaired them without complaint. We had quarter-round at the base of our cabinets to hide the flaws in the vinyl, but now the tile is cut perfectly and there is no need to disguise imperfections. I just loved these guys.

It was beautifully done. However, only one layer of paint (prime) was applied, so we have to have our painter paint another layer of semi-gloss white onto the crown molding. It cost a couple of hundred dollars and a lot of labor to complete the job. It'd have been easier if the crown molding was fully painted before installation, so the remaining painting only required touch up of nail holes.

TOM IS QUICK AND DOES EXCELLENT WORK. HIS PRICES ARE GOOD, NOT THE CHEAPEST BUT VERY REASONABLE. HE ALSO DOES TILE, WINDOWS AND FLOORS.
