Mortgage Companies
This is one mortgage company that was horrible to us. We would never ever use them again. Within one year's time, that supposedly small interest increased over six hundred dollars a month. That is ridiculous and crazy. We ultimately wound up selling our home early and paying the penalty because that was a far better alternative than sticking with the package they gave us. We have written numerous letters to the company. We found out that since they are federal and not state oriented, what they did is in all truth, legal. That does not mean it was ethical. They caught us on the small print in the contract. They literally knew every legal loop hole that there was and we were gravely disappointed with them.
