I had the truck about three and half years and then I started to have issues with the turbo on the truck. They wouldn't pay for the tear-down of the turbo to see what the issue was. I paid over $200 out of pocket for the turbo to be torn down and inspected. According to the repair shop, there was rust and corrosion in the turbo. Warrantech stated that the warranty would not cover any rust. I then decided to cancel their service and requested a refund. They sent me just $85.00 of the $3,200.00 I paid, not including the additional $200.00 for having the turbo torn down.
