Description of Work: During major storms in Oct2014, a portion of a massive tree crashed through our roof and into a bedroom. Greg made many promises and failed at them all -- the only service he provided was to arrange the repair of our roof (that another company provided). He promised to rebuild the damaged bedroom but had excuse after excuse, never started on it, yet always wanted money. I asked for proof of his insurance multiple times, he always "forgot" it. He is a crook.

 + 0 moreOverall the project went very well. They were extremely busy due to the large amount of damage done in the storms, but were still prompt in arriving and completing the job. The job was done right and was cleaned up properly afterward. The most difficult part of the process for me was that their bank put a hold on the funds until my check cleared, delaying the process a few days. Since my roof had leaked after the storm damage, Gregg sealed the leak at no charge to prevent further damage while we got the funds cleared and the job done.
Description of Work: Replaced my roof to repair the hail damage that occurred during the severe weather/tornadoes that hit the DFW area.
