"Tried to contact customer many times. Instead of letting me come back to try and make any wrongs correct he just demanded his money back. Was trying to run a scam on me because he spent more money then he wanted/ should have and had a angry wife yelling at him about the whole job the entire time we were there. He hired a craiglist special because he dident want to pay current economic prices for the trade/job he needed done. Anybody not involved with the situation would agree the job was done correctly and he got more then his money worth. NO ONE can tell or say how long a mount will hold on a wall. So that alleged comment from the alleged company he hired makes no since. Claimed he had to hire another company but never could prove anything and nothing he said ever added up. I did leave a small quarter sized hole in the wall that I was made aware of by the customer after receiving a phone pic of the hole. I told the customer that I would gladly come out and repair the hole but was told that hole was fixed and he just wanted money for it. please also keep in mind that I dont and dident ask for any-form of payment up front from the customer and he happily paid me in full at the end of the job. if I recall correctly it was nearly 3 days later when he called to complain and demand his money back. Iv been in this business since I was 16 and have worked for every big box store there is, I have never made a claim on my insurance and have over 100 pics of satisfied customers who would happily refer me. Unfortunately there are just some people in this world you cant make happy no matter how hard you try!!! Im sure we all know one of those people!"
