I originally wrote a review giving this contractor an F rating. I was basically overcharged for a low quality job. The next day, I got a call from the owner, and he made it right. The crew he sent to the job had more complaints, and he took care of the situation.
What more can you ask from a contractor? From my conversation with the owner, he takes great pride in his work, and I think he was victim of a new crew. It's hard apparently to find good help, but this owner is 1st class.
