Renovation Gurus

If I could get negative stars to this company, I would. Renovation Gurus worked on a home that my husband and I recently purchased. After 6 months, the master shower leaks, and the kitchen sink doesn't drain properly. My husband and I requested for the company to come take a look and provide a quote on what it would take to fix. After waiting for a returned call for several days, we finally had an appointment scheduled. NO ONE SHOWED. We rescheduled 3 times. NO ONE SHOWED. At this point, my husband reaches out to the Ron Carlson (the owner) who states this contact Josh told him that the company came out to our home multiple times, and no one was home. My husband works from home so was there all day. We also have a VM from Josh acknowledging that he couldn't make it to our home that day so we should reschedule. When advised of this Ron Carlson told him that they only warranty their work up to 90 days, and we should look to another company to get a repair quote. What type of customer service is that? Firstly, you're not committed to your appointment times then lie to make appear to be the customer's fault. When that fails, you say go find another company. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone ever. I understand that Ron Carlson cannot oversee all the work his employees complete, but the ridiculously neglectful customer service and unwillingness to take accountability is disgusting. We weren't asking for a discount either!
