Hired Rebuild for three reasons 1 A local company 2 Reviews 3 CertainTeed materials Day before build I received an email from Kathleen with schedule for roof installation I sent her an email saying that I wanted to inspect material, her response was that Brian will be on site and will inspect materials with me. Crew showed up but no foreman!! Crew removed old roof and thatâ  s when the material was delivered. I look at material and said thatâ  s not the material thatâ  s on my contract. Then the delivery company explained that Rebuild had changed the P.O and this is the material. I contacted Rebuild and threatened them with breach of contract. Still no foreman on site!! The crew was angry and wanted me to just put the wrong materials because this is the material that they always use. Brian showed up 5 hrs late and then spent 2 hrs getting CertainTeed materials. Due to the unprofessional and unnecessary delays my roof was not installed properly. The next day Brian showed up early and we did walkthrough I pointed out some issues and the flashing on my chimney was not replaced. Brian was quick to say this is a material issue and I will contact CertainTeed rep to come out but that it will probably be two weeks before they can come and this is not an installation issue. Brian wanted payment and said he would return in two weeks to finish flashing on chimney. I told him that I would not pay until a forensics roof inspector comes out and does an inspection. Bryan then tells me that he submitted a report and someone will be there tomorrow morning. I said no I have an appointment with inspector . Then Brian sends me a message saying that if I allow anyone else on my roof other than CertainTeed rep or Rebuild owner Darrin that will void my warranty for material and Rebuild! Then Darrin wants to come out right now I said no not till inspection is completed. Darrin threatens me with legal action and reminds me that I signed a waiver that we would go through arbitration and that his attorney will assign someone to be on roof while inspection is being conducted and that I will be responsible for attorney fees .. I contacted my attorney and he confirmed this information is false. I had inspection done and yes we did find several potential leaks due to bad nails and shingles installation and the flashing on chimney, also Rebuild did not install proper ventilation for attic space and without proper ventilation this will void manufacture warranty. This is what happens when contractors donâ  t communicate with homeowners. Also inspector stated that this is not the best installation job and that he has seen worse . I contacted Darrin and he did not dispute the repairs and did them. When we were doing the ventilation part of it Darrin showed up with dirty used nasty ridge vents and I said youâ  re not putting that on my roof!! Again he tried to install cheap material saying that all they needed was a cleaning. How are you going to clean them up on roof ? He did go purchase new ridge vents. Rebuild tried to install wrong roofing material and got caught they thought I was just going to sit inside and trust them . I was on the roof during the whole process because I donâ  t trust contractorsâ ¦. I already knew that we would have issues when asked about material before job commenced and I was told Brian will go over that with you. If you have had a roof installed by Rebuild I highly recommend a forensicâ  s roof inspection. Without the inspection I would have leaks . I have no leaks now but I have a bad looking roof that everyone notices and comments on it. Do not trust Rebuild they may have changed work orders on any of their customers and you may not know it . I have home surveillance and am willing to share with anyone who wants to know what a fraud Rebuild is. Darin said not all roofs are built right lol . And the cleanup was a poorly done as well.

I have used them twice to either replace 4" gutter with 6" or rehang and reshim. I will use them again.

I was serviced by Adrian Russell, who explained to me in detail the work to be done and timeframe of the roof installation. His team came as scheduled and finish the whole work in 1 day. Then he came and gave me a walking inspection of all down. Excellent service, wry good execution of the work and they left everything around the house clean which I appreciate very much. I recommend it.

We worked with Matt Nezel, he did a great job of project managing our Georgetown Texas roofing project from start to finish. He cares about the customer and it showed during this roof replacement. He also did a few extras for us on our gutter downspouts etc. We would use Rebuild Texas again.

Absolute professional roofing team , very satisfied customer explained entire process , Josh made sure all materials were set to go , Rebuild is my go to roofer. If you need roof or repair, Rebuild will get the job done right.

The representatives responded quickly and made an appointment to review the work that needed to be completed. They reviewed the work to be completed and made recommendations. Also, I emailed several questions and received a phone call the next day answering all questions. Very pleased with the service

Mike Brande, Project Manager, inspected our roof and will be present when the adjuster come this Saturday. We are awaiting the results of that inspection to determine the type of roof we will purchase. rebuild Texas Construction will be our roofer for this project. Highly recommend this company. We requested metal roof samples and received actual shingles for the review - we were impressed by this service. We anticipate that we will receive value for services received when the roof is installed.

Prompt, quick, clean, and thorough

Very friendly workers. Although, they did not come prepared (no bags, used my dust pan and never returned it, didn't bring drop cloths for the floors so had to use my towels, etc). Do like that they were friendly and wanted to please. Would use them again.
