+ -1 moreWell, we now know the source of that constant musty smell and wet grout lines in our new MB shower. A different general contractor who was not only competent but also demonstrated integrity and honesty discovered the problems hidden behind the shower wall recently. This is the same shower that was remodeled by PTC Property Renovations this past summer of 2009.This PTC company claims to have 30 years of general contracting work. Well, You be the judge. There is also a video of our fireplace where regrettably enough the same GC performed the work about the same time. We have additional photos and videos saved for another effort down the road. The answer is pretty obvious.
Description of Work: PTC Property Renovations, LLC was hired to remodel the kitchen and bath. The MB shower went terribly bad with leaks and continued musty smell two months after it was completed. The kitchen had numerous problems to list. See below for the MB shower follow-up.
