Requested Mr. Penney to perform preventive maintenance on two units. He was prompt in response to inquiry and made a quick appointment. Mr. Penney was ontime, performed preventive maintenance, tested units and made recommendations. Very pleasant experience with a knowledgeable professional.

He's very efficient and honest. He doesn't have a problem explaining things to me. He also does the annual maintenance on our air conditioner and we would recommend him.
