I called on a Saturday and he was over with the hour! I (and he) thought we would need to replace the opener because my brand/model isn't around anymore. However after closer review, he fixed everything with very low tech solution. The problem was with the eye-beams - he quickly repaired it and only charged a service call. My garage hasn't worked in a few years - I'm kicking myself for not calling him earlier!

It was a very good experience. They were very responsive for a Sunday afternoon. They were very friendly, punctual, and they did the job and finished it in a very short period of time. When they were done, they came, got me, and had me check it out.

Glenn quoted me a very competitive price over the phone. He actually replaced both door springs for about the same price that others wanted for just the one broken spring. He showed up on time and completed the work per quote. I'll use him again

I found him in the newspaper. He was able to come in a timely manner and work on the door. He was a very nice man and was able to fix the door. I actually managed to trade an item for the work, though I thought what he was going to charge was still reasonable. I intend to call him the next time I have a problem with the door.

It went very well. His installation was very neat and very precise. It's probably the neatest garage door installation I have ever seen. He saved me approximately $400 over other bidders I had for the job.
