MR Lock

I have an old lock on my house that my dad installed many years ago, and I have an odd sentimental attachment to it. This model is no longer made, so I can't even replace it. I took it off and brought it in, and they were able to rejuvenate it. I didn't know component parts, like a cylinder, were replaceable; I thought once the lock went wonky, it was trash. They could have easily made me spend a lot of money on a new lock and having it installed, but they didn't. They gave me a wonderful option and did amazing work.

Great. I called from my office and told them I needed to have keys made for two desks. They asked me for the number where you insert the key. The keys were ready for me when I went in. Great service. Have used them many times.

The service was outstanding, from scheduling the appointment to the actual work performed.  The locksmith who came to the house was very courteous and got the job done quickly without any mess or problems.  Would definitely use them again!

I found Mr Lock on Angie's list after trying a different company and being let down (they cancelled our appointment on the day). I decided to call Mr Lock and asked how soon they could fit me in ( was approximately 11.am when I made the call) the guy on the phone told me that he could have someone there at 2pm that day. Wow..we agreed on a time of 4pm . The guys arrived early asked about parking as they didn't want to upset any of my neighbors by blocking anyone's driveway,they laid down a cloth to catch any wood shavings and did an excellent job installing the deadlock ,they were professional and courteous cleaned up their mess ,they even bought their own dust pan and brush and took away the wood shavings . I was very pleased and would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Lock. The guy the did the work at my home was David and his trainee was Brandon . Thank you guys keep up the good work.

I've only used them a couple of times but they have been excellent both times.

There wasn't anything in particular I liked or disliked. They were quick and responsive.

The price wasn’t very much. The job done by them was fine. It was good too. I was satisfied with it. They were very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and capable. I would use their services in the future too.

Dropped first lock off near closing time the day before. Arrived within 15 minutes of closing today, and lock was finished. Handed off lock with broken key & within MINUTES, the key was out and a new one was cut! During the entire time I was in the store, I spoke with an employee about options for other security project I have going on. These guys make more than house/car calls - I have relied on them for replacement keys for years, and have NEVER had a new key not work (unlike many other "locksmiths").

Across the board I am totally satisfied.

The workers at Mr. Lock are very punctual and they know the business. They do quality work and I have no problems. The pricing is very fair.
