Mario was extremely professional from the very beginning. He really knows his stuff. When it came to the advice for getting the home ready, he and his staging team took great care of me. He recommended improvements that would add value and put money in my pocket. Mario is very respectful, straightforward, knowledgeable and does more than any other realtor that I interviewed. He doesn't throw a lot of material in your face at the beginning either...he is very streamlined. He was always up to speed with what was going on and always had the right answers. Mario answered my calls or returned them very quickly. We had 7 offers in just 3 days because of the prep work he helped us with. We are very happy we used him and recommend him to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Mario's experience and knowledge of the market is outstanding. The biggest issue we encountered when we decided to sell our home was pricing it correctly.  The area had so many different styles, age of homes, lot sizes # of floors it was difficult to price, other realtors we talked priced the house between 10 and 20% lower than the lenders appraiser.  Mario was 1% above.  
Because we were under a time crunch we were ready to sell and willing to lower the price drastically, fortunately Mario had the sage advice to "be patient" and we were. That next weekend the house sold.  Mario knows the market and the area.  He has a great network of home staggers and photographers ready to get a house sold.  We highly recommend Mario Resa to sell your next home.

Mario Resa always provided professional advice. He was very detail oriented and walked me through the whole process of selling my home. His service truly exceeded and went well beyond my expectations.

Mario was amazing throughout this whole process, he was very
professional but also very sincere in the way he communicated with us and we
knew that he always had our best interest in mind with everything going on.

listing our first home. He was very knowledgeable about the property, as well

My wife and I used Mario on the buyer's side and noted his skill at negotiating, so we wanted to put him to work on selling our house.  He also provides a staging service which was also a plus in getting our house sold. We had difficult buyers to deal with - they seemed very inexperienced - and Mario stepped in to guide us along and successfully worked us through a successful house sale!  Again, thank you Mario!  I would not hesitate to use his services again - but hope this is the last move we make for a while :) I do think that without Mario, there would have been no deal since the buyers' agent was not helping to close the deal at all.

I contacted Mario in late August about putting my house up for sale. I had quite a bit of improvements that needed to be done before it could go on the market. Mario came by with his stager and made suggestions on colors for paint etc.. I got all the improvements made by mid-October and he again came by with his stager, Kelly and figured out furniture placement for the best look. He also uses a professional photography service for pictures of the property on the various real estate sites. The photographs were wonderful and the suggestions made the house really shine. Through the whole process Mario kept in touch regularly and kept me on track to get things done. The house sold after three days on the market and I closed 12/6 for 98% of the asking price. I recommended Mario to my daughter who is also selling her house. Again Mario walked her through the process with gentle follow-ups and she put her house on the market a couple of days before Thanksgiving. She got a full price offer in five days and is set to close on Monday. Mario and his team came through for both of us. I wholeheartedly recommend Mario.

We couldn't have found a better real estate agent to sell our home. Mario was very professional and always easy to get a hold of. He walked us through all the steps of selling our home and made sure we understood every step. We had a strong offer on our house in just 2 days of it being on the market, we even got over the asking price! He worked hard to fix any problems that came up and made the entire process very easy on us.

Mario was nothing but professional.  He listened to what we were looking for and provided the necessary listings via email to look through and pick to view.  He must have taken us to see over 60 homes in the mid-cities area - from North Richland Hills to Mansfield.  He was very patient with us and worked to find exactly what we wanted.  Then when we made our decision he proved to be equally professional on the negotiating side and was always a step ahead of the seller's agent.  I highly recommend his services and would employ him again if the need arises.

He was amazing. We found our house and Mario negotiated them down 3 grand and half of closing costs. That may not seem like a whole lot, but he wasn't done yet. He used his savy to get us a new roof that came in over 11 grand, more than 3 grand worth of repair to the foundation on the house, and other minor repairs totaling around 1 grand. To add it all up Mario and his amazing realtor skills got us near 20 grand worth of savings on a house that we purchased for under appraisal value. I am quite impressed with his skill at negotiating. Whether buying or selling I would recommend him. Mario will get you the most there is to get out of any deal.

Mario was prompt with all of his responses to all communications from me. He had an offer on my property within 2-3 weeks and did everything he could to ensure customer satisfaction.  To sum it up Mario helped me get out find a buyer when I moved away to another city for a job transfer.  He handled any issues that came up at my property while I was unable to get there to take care of them myself.

Mario did a great job of taking care of us. My wife and I were in the market to purchase our second home, though we weren't sure we were going to be able to get our first home sold. We brought Mario in, and he was very professional and to-the-point. We told him what our budget was, and he let us know that he thought we'd be able to get out of our old house and into a new house within our budget.
Mario sent us all the information we needed to sell our house, and we were able to secure a contract on our home in 6 days! Once we had a contract on our old house, Mario took us around to the areas we were looking at moving to, and gave us good information on the ins-and-outs of the houses. We found one we really liked and put a contract on it.
The closing took a while, but we were able to close on both houses without any issues.
Mario is attentive, and will answer questions regardless of the time. We texted back and forth, as well as used email and telephone, and Mario was rarely inaccessible. He helped us understand the differences in the contracts, so we felt secure in our decisions the entire time.
