Kenneth Watkins came out to give me an estimate. We discussed in detail what needed to be done. He made appropriate suggestions. He understood I needed to stay within a budget for each job and he helped see that through. There were no surprises. I had an estimate within 2-3 days. We set a date. He was here on time every day, was careful about his tools/equipment, and cleaned up after each days work. Each job was completed in the estimated timeframe.
