Home Inspection
I was trying to buy a foreclosed house that needed a lot of repairs. Lance save me from making a terrible mistake. He was on my side, not the realtor's. I had several contractors look at the house, and not one of them mentioned the plumbing was disintegrating. Lance was very competent, nice, professional, told me the truth, and wrote a detailed report. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends. I am buying another house now and I called him for the inspections.
