I called Paul on Thursday and told him I had tried to disinfect the computer but it quit letting me connect with anything. Took the computer to him on Friday, on my way out of town. He said he would have it ready for me on Monday when I got back, and he did. He got rid of all the malware, infections, etc., - loaded all the months worth of updates, and had it working in pristine condition when I got back and picked it up.
This is the 3rd time I have taken a computer to Paul (3 different computers) and he always has them working like new when I get them back. I would not take them anywhere else.
I had tried to install a security program, but it failed to install because there was some Norton left on the new machine that I could not find. I was not aware that it didn't install, but he discovered this and was able to get the lurking Norton off and install the program for me.
I will never use Best Buy again, or anyone else for that matter. Great service, reasonable prices. Couldn't be more pleased.
