I was satisfied with the service provided. I general I was very pleased. In finding the leak and needed to recharged it, they apologized to me for the extra cost but there's no way around it because they had to drain it and recharge it. They were very open in explaining exactly what they were doing and what's the potential cost would be. They saved be quite a bit and I intend to bring my car back to them.

They were reasonable. They did a good job. The work was completed on time. I just felt like they did a good job. We really enjoyed working with him. They called and let us know when it was ready. We didn't have any problems with them.

We were very happy with the service. They explained what they were doing at each step and gave us options. The A/C was still working after the system was recharged, but we didn't want to risk having the A/C fail during a family vacation so we repaired the leak instead of waiting until it became a problem again. Firestone was a little more expensive than the dealer for comparable work, but I don't feel that they are recommending unnecessary repairs, so I will continue to go to Firestone Complete in the future.

Honda Accord had previously failed an emissions test. After wife received a ticket for an expired inspection sticker, it was time to fix the problem. Shop recommended an engine diagnostic -- $80 -- even though I showed them the OBD codes from the failed emissions test. Personally, I feel the "diagnostic" is a bit of a racket with the repair shops -- either they should drop the price, or apply a portion of it to the repair. Anyway the shop recommended replacing an oxygen sensor, and warned that if the check engine light came back on then it might be due to a bad catalytic converter -- this would have been doubly bad news because a converter for a Honda is expensive, and we'd just replaced it about 2 years ago. Since I wanted the shop to re-inspect the car, they recommended a "drive cycle" -- basically for $45 they would drive the car on the road enough to burn in the new oxygen sensor, increasing the likelihood (according to them) that the car would pass the state emissions test. Not sure I believed them that this was necessary. Anyway, all seems well -- the check engine light has not come back on, and the car is street legal again.

They are so close to my house that I can drive my car up to their shop and walk home. They don't try to oversell me on a bunch of stuff that I don't need for my car either and that is what I really like about them. The mechanics are also very personable with me as well.

I m pleased with the work that was done on my car. It was a pretty simple task but I appreciate the overall experience I had. The pricing was relatively low, the quality of the work was great and they also stuck with the price they gave me initially. I was glad that they stuck with it. I frequently use this company.

I dropped my truck off at Firestone around 10am Saturday morning. They recommended a $80 computerized engine analysis to make sure the oxygen sensor was the real source of the problem. I agreed. It turned out that the oxygen sensor did have to be replaced. It cost $85 for the oxygen sensor and $54 for the labor. They also recommended that I get a lifetime wheel alignment for $140 because of uneven tread wear on my front tires. I declined the service because I had already purchased lifetime alignment at another store.
