Justin and Team did a great job! I had so much going on with my out of town move I wasn’t able to be there for the pick up and drop off of my hot tub. They picked it up in Euless and safely delivered to its new home in Granbury. Thanks again for a great job!

After some miss communication which was not their fault the move was completed in a professional manor. They made sure that I was completely happy as to the final location of the hot tub and picked up the plastic wrapper and placed it in the trash as the following day was trash pick in my area. They went well beyond in their professionalism from the moment I contacted them.

Justin called 30 minutes before arrival. The Spa was drained and electrical disconnected before they came. In 20 minutes they had the Spa loaded and secured on their trailer. Delivery went off without a hitch. These guys are five star professional.

Justin and his partner were very professional through the whole process.   Each move is going to be unique, but he gave me a good idea on what the move would take and the costs.  He and his partner showed up on time and definitely knew their stuff.  We ended up with a different approach than what we discussed it via email, but they executed it quickly and with great care not to scratch the tub or my new deck.  I would definitely recommend them to any one who need a hot tub moved.

They took on a project that I felt was a little scary, uncertain of how it would go. They made the whole process seem very easy even though it wasn't an easy or a short move. They were worth every penny spent (they could have charged more) & I would have gladly paid it. If I could recommend them twice I would. These are the guys for this kind of job absolutely.

Justin was amazing. He showed up early which was great, and got the hot tub out of my backyard in under an hour, including having to take a section of fence down and put it back afterwards. He was also very responsive to my timeline. I called him on Saturday and he came out and got it done on Sunday - WOW. I seriously could not be more pleased with the job they did and how they did it. I will never have another hot tub, but if I did and I needed moved, I would definitely hire them again.

We recently moved from our former home to another house which I recently purchased  and wanted to take our hot tub with us. At first we considered moving it ourselves but then quickly realized that it was much heavier and larger than we anticipated and it would not have been a good idea to try and save money by moving it ourselves.
After researching several local hot tub moving companies and getting a few replies we decided to hire Firefighter Hot Tub Movers. First let me say that company owner, Justin Stewart responded to my initial email inquiry quickly. He asked me some specific questions regarding size of the unit and how far we were moving it (approximately 15 miles.)
I also researched other customer reviews of the companies I had contacted and read many positive reviews about Justin's company. For the other company I was considering, there were quite a few negative reviews which made me feel very uneasy about using them.  Next I emailed Justin back with the requested move date and again he replied very quickly. At that time he provided me with the estimate to complete the move and we set up an appointment.
Justin and his crew arrived exactly at the time he promised and had our hot tub out of the backyard and loaded onto his trailer within 20 minutes or so. When they arrived at our new home, they carefully moved our hot tub into the exact location we had requested.
Throughout the entire move, Justin was very professional, answered my questions and was overall just very pleasant to work with. I am glad I decided not to try and save a buck but instead hired a very professional company.I highly recommend Firefighter Hot Tub Movers!

Justin and his crew were on time and very professional. They determined the most efficient way to move the hot tub and explained exactly what they were going to do. I am amazed and impressed how fast they were to safely move this huge hot tub around and get it loaded onto his trailer. From start to finish it took less than 45 minutes.

The move was fault less. They knew exactly what they need to do to get the hot tub moved and did just that. He arrived on time and moved quickly and made the move just as you would expect. Justin is a very personable guy and does right by his customers. He treated us with respect the whole time. He had all the tools needed to effect the move.
I just can't say enough good words to express my satisfaction with the move and Justin as a business person.
The price was extremely fair for the short notice I asked him to make the move.
