DUVALL SPRINKLER INC

We had used Sean and Duvall sprinkler before and contacted them to complete get an estimate and complete the jobs. The bid was fair.  He did not get in a big hurry about coming back to complete the work. It took him almost 6 months to remember that the job was pending.  When he did return to install the drain and sprinklers, he did a horrid job. I honestly think that he forgot what he was supposed to do but was very combative when I attempted to discuss issues with him. The drain was not placed in the correct location so water continued to pool up in the yard. The sprinklers were installed poorly and several of the heads broke off in  the ground because they had been applied too tightly and the PVC that they were attached to underground was stripped and broken.  Instead of cutting and replacing the sod as promised, he left a "trenchy" mess and backfilled it with gravel. He did such a poor job with leveling and dirt disposal that my neighbors called to complain. My husband and I both called him multiple times to come and do repairs. We finally had to send a demand letter to get a response. POOR POOR experience.  Look elsewhere for service.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in dealing with a company that is supposedly in the customer service business.   Horrible responsiveness - won't return phone calls, etc. - I have a major leak and problem now with my sprinkler system and this company is either unable or unwilling to fix it.    I'm now trying to locate a decent sprinkler company in my area to basically start from scratch and get my system working correctly again.
