Teo and his crew replaced an ancient storm damaged roof. Teo was prompt and on time in his inspection. He gave a fair estimate. It was fair and in line with other offers and below several. On the day of the removal his crew was early and extremely organized. They quickly removed the old roof and replaced several pieces of damaged, old and rotten decking at no additional charge. They took pictures so I would not have to climb on top to of the roof to see what needed to be replaced. They quickly replaced the roof and cleaned up after themselves. Throughout, they kept me up to date on where they were in the replacement and when they would be done.
I contacted him because of a referral of a friend that had used him several years before. His recommendation was the same also; fair price, excellent work, on time and services done quickly and accurately.(Mine was a roof; his was roof, fence, windows and flooring). He did an excellent job.  I would use him again for any type of remodeling.

Completed the work in 1 day. I was impressed on how they cleaned everything.

Teo (the owner) arrived at my house right on time for our appointment.  He brought a framer in to advise him on what it would take to replace the beam.  He gave me a bid and told me how long it would take to complete the job.  Just as promised, the framer took a half a day to do his part.  At daybreak the next day, a crew of about 12 roofers showed up and started working.  They removed the old roof and installed a new roof all in one day.  Everything Teo said he would do, he did.  The work was exactly what I wanted at a fair price.  His crews were always on time and cleaned up after the job was completed.  He did such a good job that when my mother needed a new roof, he did her house.  I would use Teo again in a heartbeat because I know I can trust what he tells me.

They are an excellent company, I had no problems at all.  I would recommend them.  They have good responsiveness to the end of the project.

All work was performed in one day as promised. I didn't really think that was going to happen since I have a fairly large house but he did it. Teo's crew was very nice and they did a perfect clean up after they left. I will use Cuellar Contracting in the future for all my home remodeling needs.
