THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY EXPLAINED AT LENGTH WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO OUR CARPET AND LEFT THE FANS AT OUR HOME FOR 2 DAYS FOR THE CARPET TO DRY. THEY CAME BACK AND DISINFECTED THE AREA AND STRETCHED THE CARPET AND CLEANED THE AREA FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP US.
