They always do a real good job, They always provide a fair price, and I always go to the Bedford Texas branch and their service is excellent. I am p;leased with their work every time.

It went very well. They are very courteous and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing.

They were very professional, thought the cost was a little high to inspect my car. Then they told me the thermostat was going bad, and they were honest. But then gave me a $500 quote to replace it. A little excessive I think. Then I wanted them to change my oil, but they refuse to use the oil I provided and said I had to use their brand. They are good people, just think they need to lower costs and focus on what the customer wants.

I'm always very happy with the guys here. They take me to work when I drop off my truck, and always take good care of things. My wife and I have had our vehicles serviced here since they opened (and drove a little bit further to another Christian Brothers before this location opened). I once had a wheel bearing go bad that they had replaced a year earlier, and they gave me no problem with a warranty replacement and free labor.
I would recommend Christian Brothers to all of my friends.

I asked them to call me and warranty provider with cost estimate and what the issue was. They called only after job was completed. I was very disappointed in the cost to replace a tail light bulb, $100.00.

State inspection completed with one finding. the windshield wiper blades needed replacing. They replaced it but the price, 25,00 was a little high I thought. Very stale atmosphere. No real personal service. I would not use them again.

When the Vehicle was brought in The service writer called and said the Price would be 376.00 to replace "All" 4 Radiator hoses. The truck only has two. The only hose that needed replacing was the upper radiator hose...Retail Cost $15.00 After confronting him with the cost of the hose and a heated discussion he finally said if only one hose was replaced the truck would be fine for another few years...In other word he wanted to charge almost $400.00 when all the truck needed was a $20.00 hose. The only thing "Christian" about this business is the name they paid to put on the front of the building and on their shirts! I've seen some low life repair shops in my 58 years but never one this bad!!!

Only issue was that they were to open at 7am and no one was there until 7:20am. Had state inspections done there as well and they were very good.

Our daughter and son have used Christian Brothers Automotive a lot which is why I've used them for our auto-service work as well. I would give Christian Brothers Automotive an A all the way.
