Carpet Installation
Overall, the job was done fine; I just want anything I have done to be done when the company says it will be and not be three hours later than told.

Original review was posted under the Richardson store in error. Product and sales was great. Carpet install was a breeze. Problem with install of hardwood floors. Took much longer than it should have. We complained and they sent double the work force on the third day and finished hardwood floors in 3 days. Sales said hardwood floors was a 2 day job and it should have been. Wood floor installers told us it was going to take 4 days and this was near the end of the second day. We complained to customer service and they responded. Overall experience was good. Floors look great and pricing was the most competitve we found.

They cut the sink hole out while it was installed on my cabinets. They did not clean up the mess under the sink before they left. They did come up and all they said was sorry.
