Description of Work: During Bud's first visit, he took the time to explain the different types of locks available and recommended the best one for me to purchase. I purchased the recommended lock and he returned at the agreed time to install it. I appreciated the time he spent helping me understand locks and his professionalism.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE COURTEOUS. THE JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WAS REASONABLY PRICED.
Description of Work: LOCKED KEYS IN CAR. CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND WAITED TWO HOURS AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. CALLED BUD AND HE WAS THERE IN 30 MINUTES AND UNLOCKED THE CAR.
