BKA CONSTRUCTION

As part of a larger kitchen/den remodel, we had been trying to figure out what to do about the unsightly red brick in the existing fireplace and hearth for quite some time; our daughter and son-in-law are acquainted with Brian Ambrosini (sole proprietor), so we decided to give him a call and get his ideas, and determine his qualifications for the job. One of Brian's main strengths is the ability to listen to the client, and not shove a solution down their throat. Brian came up with some very creative solutions to our remodel issues with the fireplace, including recommending using a type of fine, free-flowing cement to use as a new top surface for the hearth -- easy, effective, inexpensive, and yielding a very attractive result. We were very pleased with Brian's work -- really good quality work. He tends to be a talker, and is a bit of a character, but even so he won't waste a lot of your time with idle chit-chat -- just likes to talk. (Hint: count the number of times he says "scenarial" (sic) and "onslaught" -- hehe.)
