I called this morning at 8:00 and they were able to schedule auto glass replacement on my car at my home at 1:00.  I was told they would be here between 1 and 4 but the installer actually was able to come early.  He called before he came and got the job time in a timely fashion was polite and professional and about 90 minutes later I had a new windshield that  looks great.  Provided some advise about any glass chipping I had in the future which I appreciated and all in all I found it to be a positive experience and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

Original estimator mis measured the size of the glass to be replaced. When installer got out to replace he spent 3 hours building the enclosure only to find out that glass was too small. Company had to reorder the glass and installer came out again a few days later and installed new glass. Upon using the shower the next day after he fixed it, water was all over the floor. Called them again and told them that there was a large gap in the glass at the door. Installer made appointment to come out for the third time after he got new plastic moulding ordered. He installed and finally finished. A simple job and I was out of the use of this shower for several days when it should have been something that took only a few hours to replace.
