They did a pretty good job but they were a tad bit picky. They thought that we should only buy the equipment and tools that would suit them. They did not do the best job of cleaning the pool. We had issues scheduling an appointment to go over updating our pool equipment. The issues with scheduling the appointment were not our fault. My husband travels a lot, and cannot just meet anyone to go over pool equipment. If they did not fire us, we would have fired them.

Lisa and Rick Shaw maintain our salt water pool weekly and have done numerous repairs on our 12 year old pool from replacing the pump, filter, tuning up the Polaris to replacing the salt cell. They advised us on several companies to redo the "Cool Deck" finish and then replaced the mastic themselves. Lisa comes weekly and is always willing to take time to talk to you, show you operations of the pool and they both are very professional people.

The cost is weekly, but she bills monthly this includes all the chemicals she adds to keep the levels regulated.
