The job was done in a day.  They removed the outside units and set the two new units on the pads next to the house. The connections to electrical and the attic are very clean and professional. Somehow without a lot fuss they got the old heating/AC units out of the attic.  With the same lack of fuss they got the new Heating/AC units into the attic and connected them. They fixed some of the ducts that were showing their age.  The entire job was very clean and professional. New thermostats were included in the project.  Came in on time and budget.  Units are working very well, sometimes it feels like super AC, no problem cooling the house on even the hottest days. I would recommend ABC Refrigeration to anyone looking for a knowedgable  professional committed to delivering the best quality at a appropriate. price.
 As a side note I initialy contacted Tom and he came over at an inconvenient time and rescued me from a leaking water heater installed by an unnamed plumber.  A surprisingly reasonable price for such a rescue.

ABC suggested I go back to gas to save on my energy bills which it has. They showed up on time and we're done quickly even tearing out the old support for the unit and replacing at no extra charge. They cleaned up and we're done before I knew it. ABC has always answered any text I have sent with questions such as what battery size for my thermostat. ABC has been my go to for all my heating and cooling for several years and has always worked with me on finicial terms.

They were very professional and thorough, and explained everything.  They explained all the processes and the cost.

From the first conversation through the completion of these projects, our experience with ABC was EXCELLENT! When we could not locate a filter for our air handler last year, we given ABC Refrigeration and A/C  phone number.  They brought us a filter the same day. The employee was informative and very professional.

Yesterday I called when the AC was not working, about 1 hour later they were at my door. Within minutes they diagnosed, showed us the issue and made the recommendation of replacing with a new or rebuilding. The decision was ours to make, no heavy duty sale pitch, just straight forward information by Thomas Perrone, owner.

Today they installed the new unit. Took several hours, as expected, but the results are already fabulous.
