Arlean, the owner, is very knowledgeable and professional.
To say she is a hard worker is such an understatement!
The yard was overly crowded with winter leaves and brush and it still looks amazing weeks later!!!!!

It went perfect! We bought 4 hours of work for $150 special. Arlean contacted me soon after I ordered the special and a time was arranged. They split the work up into 2 sessions because of timing and weather. They did exactly what we needed and our yard looked great afterwards. All the leaves were raked and removed from the property. We will use them again.

Ms. Jones contacted me promptly upon my purchase of the "deal" for fall clean-up.  She was able to accommodate our need to schedule the service quickly and arrived promptly as scheduled.  Her crew worked quickly and efficiently to remove an enormous amount leaves so much in fact it required two trips to the dump to empty a sizable truck bed piled with bags and bags of debris.
The first trip to the dump, the crew covered all the piles of leaves they had left to prevent any further scattering.   They returned the next day to finish the job as previously agreed.
We were greatly impressed by the service provided and would easily say our lawn and beds looked better than after any other provider had done them.   
 We would call A Woman's Touch Landscaping anytime we needed this type of service.  As I said, we were extremely pleased with their service.
We would recommend them to everyone and anyone.

They arrived on time and trimmed our bushes and trees back for the winter.  They cleaned up and the yard looks beautiful!  In the fall they will pick up our leaves in December.

I called them for advice on what to do with my lawn. They came out and gave me a price. When I was delayed in using their services, they were not real nice to me. When I was ready to use them, they told me to forget about it, since I didn't use them right away. That was really, really rude. I thought that people like that don't need to be out there in a service-oriented business. They were just not happy and not nice at all to me. I like their bid and that it was correct. I told them I need them, but not at the current time, and they didn't like that. I still called them later, but they didn't want to do the work. They came out very quickly when I asked them to come give a bid. I would consider another estimate from them if they were professional and not rude.

"There is always at least 2 sides to every encounter between people.My comment on this review is that i was told at the time my proposal was accepted that it would be several months before the work could be done because these were rental properties. When I was contacted that the owner was coming to town and wanted the work done that weekend we were involved with another project and they were told we could not respond at that time but would get back to them asap. I was then told the work had been done and I thanked them and asked them to call us in the future. a.j."

Since the first visit she has not returned my calls or come out and completed any work. I am thinking about going with someone else.

"When I went to see the client he had 6-7- small little things he wanted done and asked for a separate bid for each. I did as he asked, called him back with individual prices for each to which he said" thats been done, thats been done".He had paid someone to do them and they hadn't and then they did so my trip to him accomplished nothing. I should have said right then that we could not work for him. I was trying to be kind to him and help him outbut it didn't work out like that. a.j."

At first the company was responsive via e-mail about caring for the new lawn.
When I informed them I had some nutsedge popping up in the lawn as
 well as some spots that were not fillling in they asked me to send them a photo, which I did.
It took awhile for them to reply, for which they apologized and said they would get back to me.That never happened.
The bare areas of the lawn got progressively worse and I am in the process of looking into getting it redone.

Arlean and her team did a truly outstanding job. She listened to what we said we liked and didn't like, and then created a plan to refurbish the front yard and beds and completely transform the back yard with flowerbeds, sod and shrubs. Her attention to detail was truly outstanding. She provided an excellent description of the plan and the project timeline, and then followed through exactly as promised. She was able to see what our yard was capable of becoming, and took a dirt and rock "graveyard" to a stunning oasis, a haven for us to enjoy. She went above and beyond on several aspects (coming up with a great idea of repurposing some existing retaining wall blocks) and using some old brick we had to make a small brick platform in one of the flowerbeds to serve as a platform for a focal point in the front. She follows through after the planting to make sure everything is doing OK. Her crew even went so far as to pick up after themselves, cleaning off dirt and mud from the driveways and sidewalks -- they stayed till way after dark the day they planted everything to make sure they picked up every last bit of trash from pulling out all the dead shrubs and tree limbs, etc. If you're looking for truly outstanding landscape service, call Arlean. You'll be glad you did.
