Mr Turner runs an honest hard working shop. Never does more than necessary to pad the bill. Calls you if he finds something unexpected. Stands behind his work. My wife's starter motor went out, he replaced it. Next day when she's out of town it won't start. He sends a guy to fix it or bring it back. All no charge. I will not stop recommending him.

Everything went well. repairs were timely and problem resolved

it went very well. I had my car towed there on oct 15. it had many problems after a horrible mechanic worked on it. the initial problem was a leaking high pressure hydraulic line which powers the cooling fan. but the previous mechanic managed to ruin the hydraulic pump and the air conditioner compressor as well. the hydraulic line was not available from ford or anyone else. and mr turner tried very hard to find this item. but basically reached an impass when parts where impossible to find. however, I am an engineer and also a qualified machinist. so I designed and built componants that would work in place of the unavailable parts. mr turner and his mechanics worked with me very closely on this. they tested the parts whch I built to be certain they were a reliable alternative to the oem parts and they concluded it was acceptable. due to the complications of this mr turner had to remove the hydraulic pump 3 times. which is no small job. he had to remove the cooling fan. it was also found that the previous mechanic shop had ruined the air conditioner compressor because he unnecessarily drained the freon and peg oil from the system and this ruined the compressor. the electronics envolved in this system are complex and require a lot of skill and knowlege to work on them. but mr turner and his mechanics knew what they were doing and managed to fix the intial problem plus change all of the ruined parts done by the prior mechanic. in addition, they went over this car with a fine tooth comb to insure no additional damage was done and did other minor repairs caused by the prior mechanics shop negligence. they also changed the battery and serpentine belt just as preventive maintenance as my disabled wife drives this car. my turner and his staff were honest with me from the beginning and I could tell from their conversation that these guys knew what they were talking about. as a person with 40 years of mechanical background myself I can certainly tell when a person knows what he is talking about. and I was impressed with the knowlege of these men. the repairs were expensive. but mr turner trimmed as much cost as he could and considering the damage done and work performed, his price was very reasonable. I own this tbird, a ford f150 truck and two vintage sports cars and I wouldnt even consider bringing any of them to anyone else than turners automotive. I rate this company as a+ and highly recommend him to anyone. he repared my car after 2 other shops, including the dealership, could not do so. thank you mr turner and your staff

They are really great. It is a small operation but they are very honest. He won't do anything on my cars if he doesn't think it is needed. We have a couple of old cars including a work truck and an old car that my daughter drove through college. He kept them going for us at a real minimal cost. He is about to do work on another car.
