About us
Premium Plumbing Co., Inc., was established in 1984. Our foundation has been built on quality craftsmanship, honesty, and dependability. In 1994 we incorporated with Stephen Noah as president. We are one of the primary service companies in the Golden Triangle. Our service department runs five fully stocked vans with state licensed plumbers that cover the entire golden triangle. We serve residential, commercial and industrial customers alike. Twenty four (24) hour service available to better serve you. We also provide emergency service for the convenience of our customers during off hours by simply calling our main phone number and leaving a message with our answering service who will then page the plumber on call. Company licenses include LPG license with the Railroad Commission. Backflow certifications through TCEQ and Boiler install license with the State of Texas. All plumbers and apprentices are licensed with the Plumbing Examiners Office in Austin. We carry the limits of insurance as mandated by our chemical plant contracts as well as meet all safety standards set by those contracts. We feel that we are a well-rounded company able to supply every plumbing need to our customers. We look forward to an opportunity when we may be of service to you. Our long time local plumber did not show up for two days so I looked on Angie's List and found this company. My call was answered by a pleasant, professional woman who took all of my information and said they had someone in our area who could help us today or early tomorrow. About 45 minutes later I received a call stating the plumber had completed his job early and could come by in about 15 minutes. I said great and he arrived on time. Alton was efficient, looked at the problem (toilet tank issues), gave me a price and immediately went to work. He had all the replacement pieces in his company van. It all took about 20 minutes and he was done. He even cleaned up after his work! Provided a detailed invoice and was very pleasant. What a blessing our old plumber did not show because if he had we would have never looked for another. Will DEFINATELY use this company in the future and highly recommend them.
