Bill and his guys came in after another tile installer had messed up
things rather badly. He helped me in deciding what design I wanted on my
backsplash and floor. They counted out the tiles I had left over and
were able to give me an almost exact amount that I would have to reorder
and they salvaged all they could from the prior mess up. As soon as the
new tiles arrived,they promptly got to work and did a beautiful job on
my back splash, despite the messed up walls from prior installer. They
started the floor, to find that there were not enough tiles ordered from
by the first installer, so they were put on hold AGAIN...once the tiles
were in they picked them all up for me and started back as soon as
possible. I had a couple little problems after they had finished and
called Bill.. he sent his guys out within just a day or two to resolve issue. I found and his workers to be extremely nice, friendly and trustworthy. Bill was very patient with having to wait to finish his work due to another installers errors.
