Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Beaumont

The worker cleared the clogged line, They have done work for us before and have always responded quickly and done a good job.

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday evening. No one showed, never got a phone call. I have used the Lumberton Mr. Rooter before a couple of times in the past, so, was hoping for more good service. But not this time. They have two phone numbers for me in their system, which I confirmed with them when I made the appointment last week. But no one called me on either one to let me know no one was coming. This morning (Monday) I got a call from the dispatcher woman who informed me that the plumber did not come to my home on Sat. evening, which I was all too well aware of. She never offered any apology, just informed me that the guy did not come out. I told her that it would have been nice if he could have called me, and she told me that he told her he did call me. Then she asked if I wanted him to come out. I told her that I have caller ID on both of my phones (who doesn’t?) and then told her no. (Are you kidding?) So now I have to find another plumber...after altering plans and making arrangements to be home Sat. evening for much needed plumbing help. So frustrating.

I called an made the appointment the night before, I believe. The plumber called before he came out. I showed him the sink where I had a leak in the pipe leading from garbage disposal. After examining what was there, he gave me two options. I chose the one where he replaced the disposal even though it was the costlier of the two options. When he came back out, he gave me what price breaks he could, and he unstopped the sewer line. He also examined my water heater, and we discussed what needed to be done with that in the future.

They came out quickly, they dealt with the leak, and they kept the place clean. They had to dig hole but they put the dirt on a piece of plastic. They did a very good job there. I will continue to use them in the future.

They were marvelous, and everything about them was good. They even put covers on their feet before they walked into my house. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

We were on our way out of town on the morning of March 6, 2010 for a weeks vacation when it became evident that our master bath shower and toilet were not draining. I called Mr. Rooter (Jeryco Chizer). Jeryco told me he would be there at 10 a.m.. We have a house sitter (Elle) who agreed to meet him at our home at the agreed upon 10:00. While we were waiting on our flight, I called Elle at 11:00 a.m. to see if the plumbing issue was resolved. Elle said the plumber had not arrived. I called Jeryco to see were he was. Jeryco said he was "held up". I asked why he didn't call. He said he didn't because he was busy. After coordinating with Elle and Jeryco it was agreed that Elle would be at our house at 2:00 p.m. to meet Jeryco. When Elle arrived at about 1:50 Jeryco was rude to Elle and told her she was supposed to be there at 12:30. That was not the case. Jeryco told me he would be there at 2:00. He was extremely rude and short with Elle. Jeryco "snaked" the plumbing and checked inside to make sure all the toilets flushed. I will never use Jeryco or Mr. Rooter again.
