Scott Mayes was prompt, professional and informative with his estimate and explanation of what I could expect. The job actually started and was completed sooner that I expected! The guys were there on time everyday. The were professional and respectful. They made sure that I was a part of all decision making ex: color of stain. My floors are beautiful!

It's been a good experience the whole time. They are very professional. They explain everything to the homeowner and they are very good about helping the homeowner decide what they want. They are very communicative with the homeowner. They are punctual. They are clean, they cleaned up the area really nice. They are just very friendly.

Mayes Wood Flooring were very prompt and professional. The quality of work was spectacular. The floor looks fantastic. I noticed a few things that needed to be done and I called them again and they came the next day and did a two minute touch-up and that was it! I would recommend them to everybody. I would absolutely use their service in the future.

I had called them in about the grout, and asked them about refinishing the wood floor, but they were honest and they told me they couldn't recommend refinishing them because they thought it would be detrimental to the kind of wood it was. They did it in the bathroom, the kitchen, the laundry room and the fire place. I don't know the price because I don't pay the bills, but I think it was good else my husband would have said something. I was totally very impressed with them; they were very honest, very helpful and very responsive, and I just thought they were great. In fact we are planning to take out one of the carpeting out of our bedroom and have the wood plank put in there, and we are definitely going to go with them.
