LOWE'S

It was fine.  It was good.  They reported on time and did a good job installing.  They cleaned-up after themselves when they left.  There’s nothing to complain about.

They only come here twice a week to my area and that is what I dislike. If any appliance goes wrong after they leave,then you to wait for another week to get it fixed. Other than this issue, I like Lowe's. Their customer service is great.

We purchased the cabinets from a different location and we had them install them. they raised the prices on us twice and gave us a run around on the installation. It was an awful experience and they have terrible customer service.

I didn’t have a good experience with them at first so they sent another contractor. Their original contractor did not do a good job. They came out a bit late, by an hour and I had to take off work. They didn’t complete the job and left the job in the state of disrepair and said they would comeback at another time. They said they would call me prior to arrival but they didn’t call and came while I wasn’t here. Then they said they couldn’t complete the job and my door wouldn’t even lock. Last Saturday I was on the phone in tears because I was worried about the safety of my home and they did arrange with another contractor who came out on Monday and did a fabulous job. He is local and the other installers were from Huston. Their local installers did a great job. They did not leave until everything was done. They did a great job and were very professional. They didn’t leave until they made sure everything was perfect working order. It was emotionally. It was a 5 ft section of interior closet doors which was two sets of doors and then the interior door; it’s called an interior door because it leads into the garage, it was a door unit. I think the materials and stuff were proving to be more expensive. The interior doors were $80.00 and the door unit was $140.00. I paid $220.00 for supplies. I paid $480 for installation so expected it to be top notch. Their prices were a little high.
