LDF Construction Group

My husband found LDF Construction Group on home advisor but unbeknownst to him he was the person so many people kept referring us to. We needed our bathroom completely gutted and remodeled. Itâ s in a very old home and I was expecting him to say no way lady once he saw it lol. If I said LDF Construction Group went above and beyond my expectations I would be holding back. Not only did he build a completely new bathroom, including raising the ceiling and expanding the width, updated and rerouted the plumbing, stabilized the floor and more but he communicated with us every step of the way. He was extremely reasonable as far as price and I love that we get an itemized & very detailed quote, then a contract. He made sure what he had to do and why and verified with us before doing so so they we were all on the same page. We need a lot of work on this house and I told him he would do it all! Being a female I am leery of getting my oil changed because I donâ t want to be taken advantage of because I donâ t know a lot so handling a construction job makes me frustrated but Mr. Lorenzo made me understand what was happening and I didnâ t feel lost or intimidated. After he rebuilt our bathroom we told all of our family and friends. Heâ s doing work for my mother as well and I have an aunt and uncle that told me to stop hogging him so they can hire him lol. We recently hired LDF Construction again to redo our living room and kitchen floors, replace countertop, sink, add recessed lights in the living room and above the sink, update breakers, replace the front door frame, add a new door and storm door and rebuild a window frame in another room. I hope this page allows me to upload photos because when I saw the finished product I cried. Literally cried. Itâ s absolutely beautiful. Weâ re about to hire him AGAIN because he is everything we prayed for in a contractor. His honesty, professionalism and integrity has been refreshing. If anyone reading this needs a contractor do yourself a favor and hire LDF CONSTRUCTION GROUP. Not until Iâ m done though lol ð .

The overall project was good. They did the roof trim, hardy board siding replacement and painted my home. I made some additional requests after the contract was signed and they did there best to accommodate me and got the work done. There was a small glitch with outdoor electrical outlet after the work was completed but it was handled. The kitchen however had to wait due to finding issues. Will hire again for future projects

Everyone was very nice and they are some very hard workers they would not leave until the job was completely done. Mr. Fitch was very professional about his work I really appreciate what they have done for both my bathrooms..

Did a great job. Made sure everything was done correctly! Cleaned up after themselves daily. Overall a great experience and have hired them for a future job.

LDF contractors is one of the best I've had in my experience with having work done on my home. If there is any work that you would need done to your home LDF is the company to use.

Very professional. Communicated issues, recommendations, and project progress in a timely manner.

We had two projects. Replacement of facia boards and paint all exterior. Also to paint complete interior. We were more than satisfied with both contacts. The quality of work was best I have seen. All employees were outstanding and a pleasure to have in our home. I will contact them if I have another home project.
