Always take my vehicles into Kinsel Toyota for service and maintenance.  I use Greg Atkinson as my service advisor.  I wouldn't use any one else.  He always lets me know which repairs are needed and more important.  He is always willing to discuss mechanical aspects with my husband on the phone, so my husband doesn't need to take off work.  Toyota parts are a little more expensive than after market parts but with Toyota, you get what you pay for.  I never have any difficulty getting an appointment for when I need to bring my car in, they've even given me a ride home before when the repairs when the repairs were going to take some time.

It was very professionally handled and went well. The salesman was very accommodating and was ready for me when I got there. The finance guy was accommodating with getting the paper work ready. It was a very pleasant experience and I was able to drive it off. They washed and filled it too.

The service went really well. The fit me right in even though I did not have an appointment. Very quick and professional, quality work.

They have been really, really good to me. I bought my car new from them and they keep it up for me. I make appointments and can take the car in whenever I want to. They do oil changes and tire rotations and anything else that needs to be done. They are not always telling me that I need this or I need that, so I always trust them when they say I need something. They don't overcharge on anything.
