He was able to come out the day after we called, and fixed the problem that same day despite needing to drive to GE (20 minutes away) to get the part.  He was professional, informative, and prompt.  The cost was less than we expected.  We will definitely use this company again.

When I called the company, they were very prompt in answering the call even on a Friday afternoon.  The nice receptionist transferred me to the electrician and he took my information down and told me he would call me on Monday.  When he called me on Monday, he was very nice and set up the appointment for the next day.  He was very prompt and professional.  He got right to work and diagnosis the problem with all the items we were needing repaired.  He was very fast and efficient.  He did not leave a mess.  I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.  I would definitely use them again in the future.

When we call they are out here, usually within the next day or so.  They are very quick to get us a bid.  When we give them the ok to do a job, they are out here within the next day, and if they can't make it they let us know how long it will take to get the supplies.  They clean up after themselves, you can't even tell they are there.
