"On this particular job, it was an electrical inspection only. Our inspection found numerous problem items and the report had very specific and detailed information. The client was informed that the normal process would be for him to take the report to an electrician so that they can determine the particular method of repair and give a bid on repair costs. That is not what our initial inspection would have included and the client's misunderstanding appears to be why he gave a lower rating than what we normally get. However, the client was clearly informed of the inspection procedure prior to our accepting the job."
