Gulf South A/C

Went down pretty good for most part, provider did most of the work, however, he did not finish when he said he was going to finish, ended up taking an extra day to do the job! We have infant children, and its the beginning of Spring, so the heat was manageable, but nonetheless uncalled for! We have a window unit in master bedroom for backup. Anyway, showed up next morning about two hours late, and took all day to complete the job! We finally got air about 7 pm the second day. He gave me a discount because we are neighbors, but rest assured, I NEVER asked him for it, he offered it, and I took it!! I basically got a 6k system for $3500, again, it was his idea!! So any reasonable minded person like myself would be all over that, so I took his offer!! Along with a complete change out of system, he TOLD me he would also change out the vents in my garage. I never asked him to, but said he would. Its been six months now, and vents still have yet to be changed out! If you are gonna do something, then stand by your word! I texted him, and he replied back that he was busy, but he'd get around to it. He never did!!! My brand new AC runs all day long, he said he would come back and check the pressures and make sure it was efficient, and he even stated that he did, but I never saw him do it. The whole thing is just shady, and I don't trust him!! I would NOT recommend him to anyone, and I'm going to call another service provider to come out and check his work. Stay away from Gulf South AC!!!
