Pool Construction and Installation
I was apprehensive because I had never had a pool redone before, but the whole process went great. The crews all come out of Houston. They started on 4/12 (Friday). They pumped out the water, and did all of the demolition on the first day. On 4/13 they completed the coping., were off on Sunday, and on 4/15 they did the tile work. Weather kept them away on 4/16, but they were back on 4/17 to do the plaster and start the pool filling. So it was all done in 4 working days. The crews were great, and very neat and tidy - they didn't leave a big mess or bother my neighbors.
I used bullnosed brick for the coping and 50% quartz plaster, but they many other options available. Damon was back on 4/19 after the pool filled to add acid to the water, and then back the following week to replace the ladder and shock the pool. I've got to say that I have been very pleased with the entire process.
