Francisco poured on a week that was due to have rain. When it did rain Francisco didn't have enough plastic to cover poured concrete. The area that was covered the rain pelted through the plastic causing dimples and creases in concrete. The part without plastic top of cement was washed away and rock was exposed.
Francisco came back and patched the worst spots with thin cement which is now flaking up and exposing the holes and rain marks. Francisco didn't have enough workers for the job, most of the job was done by himself and two helpers, which I believe was too few for the job.
Now I have a $11000.00 concrete job that looks terrible, when I asked Francisco about the way it looked he told me that's as good as it will get.
