FINDER'S KEEPER'S

Description of Work: Placed a Gorgeous 11 foot long Polanski Rosewood table on consignment with Finders Keepers, made attempts to contact in between cancer treatment which owner knew about since I had purchased other items in the past and we were on friendly terms. Owner sold my table and KEPT ALL the money and NEVER NOTIFIED ME IT SOLD. He was completely dishonest, table belonged to me, which he knew, & never returned calls from my husband or me. Finally went in and was treated in a ugly, hostile, insulting manner, and told it was not his job to call me or get me my money for the table. He DEMANDED I forfieted my money by not getting it immediately. But how can a person KNOW when an item is sold if they are NOT Notified?!? And calls are NOT returned. He closed his business in Beaumont--within a couple of weeks after this meeting. He is in my opinion after the way I was treated an unethical busness man and had no qualms about his unprofessional behavior. God doesn't sleep. What he did to me, he WILL do to anyone. I would or will never do business with him in any way at all and would never recomend anyone to him either.
