Mr. Dabney came out to provide a written estimate on the same day we contacted the business.  It took about 4-weeks for the doors to be delivered.  They were installed in 1/2 a day.  The installers, Keith and Spenser, were very professional and helpful.  The doors are exactly what we wanted.  There was one concern after they were installed and when contacted Mr. Dabney responded within 24-hours.  He completely answered all questions/concerns.  We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend this company.

I called them at about 9pm on Friday night and received a call back at 9am Saturday morning. They were here by11am and made the door safe. The track was damaged beyond repair and the tensioner was also damaged beyond repair. When one side of the door fell, it bent the bottom panel. He pointed out that the door was rusted on the bottom and with the damaged pieces recommended replacing the door. He quoted me a price to repair vs replace which was comparable. I feel they were very responsive and honest in their assessment and definitely was looking to ensure i had the information needed to make the best decision.

Replaced a panel and shingle and a spring and did various other adjustments.... Also performed pm on door.

Sean was very nice and accommodating.  Said it could be the circuit.  I have a 30 day warranty in case it happens again.  Things don't go wrong when the repair man is around.

Had been having an issue with my garage door for some time when I found Dabney Garage Doors on Angie's list.  I called mid morning to set up an appointment.  Julie, the owner's wife and office manager, said they had some openings for the afternoon.  First of all, I was shocked to get an appointment so soon.  My previous experience with Overhead Door was not as fast.  It took a week for them to come out.  Julie set up a 3oclock appointment.  I received a call from Mr. Dabney, the owner, about an hour later.  He wanted to know if I had an emergency and needed them to come right away.  I said no, but he said he would be there within the hour, which was two hours earlier than the set appointment.  When I arrived at my house, they were waiting for me.  He fixed my problem in less than a minute and didn't charge me a dime even though the service call is $109 (which is cheaper the Overhead Door too).  I was very impressed with Dabney Garage Doors and will definately use them again for all my garage door needs.  Mr. Dabney was professional and very knowledgeable.  I will definately recommend them to everyone I know!!!

Opener went out 10-3 then were here10-4 at 8 am because door was stuck open. Service was quick friendly and quanteed my 2nd time dealing with this company.

Seeing that somebody ramped into my garage door and my car was inside, they were there the first thing in the morning, like at 7 O’clock, got my door opened so that I could get my car out to come to work.  While I was at work they went back and installed it and did everything that they needed to do.  They were very fast, very professional and very nice.
